Design and develop ERC721 Ethereum smart contract for Rarible NFT marketplace

1. A smart contract that tracks the wallet address of the owner of a token (3 NFT collections) upon each NFT sale and keep transaction ledger for the month (30 days)
a) Contract owner can set the percentage of royalties payout
b) Contract owner ability to check the transactions of a tokenId (parameter 1) of a particular NFT collection (parameter 2) and get the total royalties earned for the month
c) Contract owner can initiate royalties payout to the addresses.
d) Smart contract should be dynamic enough to track multiple NFT collection transactions
e) Advise me the best method to achieve all this

2. Create an ERC721 smart contract of a NFT collection to be deployed for Rarible marketplace
a) Call smart contract above upon each sale to update the current owner wallet address and the collection address of the token, token Id, date of transaction, sale amount
b) Add standard NFT smart collection functionality (e.g. pause/unpause contract, safeTransfer etc.)

Only senior solidity developer (2 years experience) is shortlisted. Blockchain development is a plus
