Debug Solidity Smart Contract on Remix

I am looking for someone to help me debug the attached solidity flashloan smart contract on Remix. I am supposed to pass an address as I deploy and I am getting a bug that the function should be payable.

I am looking for someone to come in with and check out what I am missing.
