DAO Smart Contract Developer for Web3 Startup

I need a skilled smart contract developer to build DAO smart contracts for our Web3 startup, StartVerse. Payed only equity based

You'll be building:
- DAO smart contracts with voting mechanisms, token minting/burning, and fundraising logic
- Connecting contracts with frontend via Polygon
- Securing token sale logic

Key Features:
- Fundraising Logic: Tokens are automatically sent upon investment
- Metadata IPFS Linking: DAO info (whitepaper, logo, etc.) linked to IPFS
- DAO Ownership Setup: Define founders/admins
- Fund Withdrawal Function: Governed by DAO rules or votes

Security Requirement: Advanced audits

Tech Stack: Solidity, Hardhat, Polygon, IPFS

Compensation: Equity-based (3%)

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development
- Experience with DAOs and tokenomics
- Knowledge of security best practices and audit processes
- Familiarity with IPFS and blockchain integrations
