Cryptocurrency with specific tax feature (Solidity smart contract)

I'm in need of a crypto token that has a certain tax feature. While most tokens that exist today collect tax in the contract token itself, I will need this contract to collect a tax in ETH. This way when the tax is spent for marketing or business expenses it won't negatively effect the price of the token. This contract should take a 15% fee in ETH each time the token is bought or sold and sent to a fund address.
For example:
- A user buys $100 worth of this token
- The user should get $85 worth of the token and $15 of ETH should be deposited to a fund address.
- The same should work on the sell side
This contract should be to erc20 standard and compatible with an amm like uniswap.
I haven't seen any projects implement something like this so let me know if you think this is something you can accomplish!
