The Game:
Jackpot lottery (like solpot.com):

Players deposit MON (minimum 0.1)
Each 0.1 MON = 1 ticket
Timer counts down
Winner selected randomly (weighted by tickets)
Winner takes entire pot (minus 6% fee)
New round starts automatically

Example:

Alice: 0.5 MON = 5 tickets (25% chance)
Bob: 1.0 MON = 10 tickets (50% chance)
Charlie: 0.5 MON = 5 tickets (25% chance)
Random winner selected, takes all
