Create a launchpad platform

I need to create a launchpad platform similar to app.moonstarter.net.
You should be able to work on frontend and backend. I don't want only frontend developer. If you can work on only frontend, don't send a proposal and don't waste your time.
1. I need only pools page and account page of app.moonstarter.net.
2. In the pools page, I want to change the row style to the card style like polkastarter.com.
3. For color theme and logo, reference beamstarter.io
