Create a USDT-like TRC20 Token

I'm looking to have a TRC20 token built from scratch, mimicking the characteristics of USDT. This token must have a lifespan of 60-90 days, after which it is to be completely burnt from the wallet.
Key Requirements:
- The token must be compatible exclusively with decentralized wallets.
- Post lifespan, the token should be burnt.
- The token should have staking functionality.
