Create ICO smart contract for BEP-20 token

We are looking for an experienced coder to create a smart contract for our ICO on binance smart chain. The contract should also be able to set vesting periods for investors, developers and other parties that participate in the project. The ICO contract should have a changeable time period and should also return any remaining tokens after the sale has finalized to the owners wallet. The contract should use truffle and openzeppelin and be commented properly.
Please try to be as accurate as possible with your proposals, a big plus if you are a reputable auditor as well.
