Build framework: minting NFTs functionality

Project Scope:
Framework for Admin Panel to;
- Create NFT pool mechanic that includes (very important!) infusion option of our crypto token to some of the NFTs in the pool at random. Certain metadata will hold crypto token value.
- Being able to manage & monitor the NFT pools.
- Being able to setup a receiver wallet per NFT pool for receiving our crypto token which users are paying when pulling NFTs from the Active NFT pool.
- Being able to create, start (publish), pause (on hold) or stop (un-publish) the pool for the users.
- Being able to set a price value, using our crypto token, for the purchase of NFT.
- Being able to select between created NFT pools
- Having a random pull function

Framework for User to be able to;
- Connect to our platform using wallet connect
- Which load their profile
- Pay with our crypto token and mint / pull a NFT from our NFT Pool

Steps of Utility / User Stories:
Admin sets up a NFT pool
Admin mandatory selects a receiver wallet
Admin mandatory sets a purchase value
Admin publishes the NFT pool on our platform
Admin activates the NFT pool

User navigates to the platform
User use wallet connect to connect to platform
User is able to purchase a NFT from the active NFT pool using our crypto token as payment
Receiver wallet receives the payment
User wallet receives the NFT
User can choose to purchase more NFTs
User can choose to disconnect wallet from platform
