Build crypto wallet Web APP for Flare/Songbird network.

Flare Network is an EVM styled blockchain very similar to Ethereum with Solidity as it language for smart contracts. Songbird is the canary network for Flare. I would like to create a wallet that works with both Flare & Songbird since they're both identical chains.
1. Wallet must have similar features as the Bifrost Wallet which allows users to delegate their vote to FTSO providers directly from the wallet interface.
2. Wallet will be build on a web app interface first with the capabilities of building an Android /iOS application from it by using API or any other method to retrieve data..
