Build a Tron Lotto DECENTRALISED APP DApp
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Develop a lotto game DApp on Tron network. Slightly different from lotto over the web. Player get to bets on 4 digits number of their own and to match with result to win prizes. On top of that, I will need a referral functions on unilevel basis. This is needed to get users rewarded for bringing in more user.
Two phases of development.
First phase
Funding Round. Opening 1000 slot at 100USD each, payable in TRX.

Second phase. (Lotto Game)
1. Launch of the lottery by me depositing TRX into the smart contract as pool prize.
2. Set Bet limit according to the deposited TRX
3. Start the lotto betting
4. User login with tron extensions (Tronlink/Klever wallet)
5. Check first time login referral, bind relationship with invitee.
6. if user did not come by invitation link, by default the contract owner is the invitee
7. User Key in 4 digit number of their choice from (0000-9999)
8. Key how much they want to bet on each set of 4 digit number (payable in trx)
9. Check if bet exceed bet limit. if exceeded, prompt user on balance to bet
10. Total up the bet and confirm transactions, 100% of the bets go into smart contract.
11. At dedicated time, bet will be closed for result drawing.
12. Drawing of 23 result using Provably Fair Random Number Generating. (Chainlink VRF is acceptable)
13. 5 category of prizes. 1x first, 1x second, 1x 3rd, 10x starters, 10x consolations. Total 23 prizes will be announced. Prizes vary according to catogary.
14. Manage payout. Does not need to prompt transactions, Users is required to perform withdrawal.

15. Set new bet limit after manage payout, Existing TRX in Pool + New TRX bet - Payout = Now Pool
16. Start bet session for next draw
17. Withdrawal of any users on Prizes won, referral bonus and funders profit share will be deducting 3% from pool B will deduct 3% "Withdrawal fees" to contract owner.
18. History of draw result, prizes won, transactions (in&out) will be recorded.
19. Admin Panel to trace sales, transactions etc
UI, Logo, Domain and hosting will be provided.
