Build a Dapp for token swaps

looking to develop a Decentralized Exchange Aggregator
We are looking to build two functionalities:
1) Aggregator
We want to host an off chain Algorithm (As a serverless function) which will calculate the lowest cost swap for a token pair with prices from all other DEX's and encode the lowest cost route to a proxy smart contract
2) AMM
We also want to create a factory smart contract with which anyone can create liquidity pools for pairs and provide liquidity based on an automatic market maker model.
We want to create this for Ethereum and Binance smart chains.
