Bidding bot for Opensea -- 2

I need a developer to create a bidding bot for OpenSea.
I want to be able to select the following parameters:
• Collection by contract.
• Specific items of that collection by token ID
• Payment Cryptocurrency (WETH, USDC, DAI, SOL)
• Bid Time: ____ (Minutes)
• Bid Price
• Option to Outbid or Underbid the current top Bid by percentage: Example 1%
