I'd like a contract made if possible

basically like BabyUSDT etc

-6% Redistribution in ATOM
-Auto paid to wallets every 60 min (min 200k tokens held)
-2% to Liquidity
-4% to Marketing
-1% Burn
-1% Sell Fee

Is this all possible?
I'd also like 5% of total coin to go to a dev wallet at the start
ability to blacklist
donation wallet
marketing wallet

This will also be done on pinksale.finance as a launchpad

Must be able to pass a Certik audit
