Prototype Assembly & Housing: Dual Arduino RF Proximity System Project Overview

Job ID: 40233584

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I am seeking a US-based hardware developer or electronics technician to assemble two physical prototypes of an RF-based proximity system. I have already developed the full source code and circuit schematics; however, due to a physical disability, I require a partner to handle the soldering, wiring, and physical housing of the components.
Technical Requirements

The project consists of two separate units: a Transmitter and a Receiver.

Microcontrollers: Program and integrate 2x Arduino boards (provided/specified in schematics).

Connectivity: Configure RF modules for proximity detection.

Power: Integrate rechargeable battery systems (Li-Po or similar) with charging ports for both units.

Assembly: Solder all components according to provided schematics.

Enclosure: Mount components into two separate, durable housings (3D printed or off-the-shelf enclosures).

Scope of Work

Hardware Procurement/Review: Review my provided schematics and ensure all parts are compatible.

Assembly & Soldering: Clean, professional wiring and secure mounting of components.

Firmware Upload: Upload my existing code to the boards and verify the RF handshake/signal trigger.

Final Delivery: Ship two fully assembled, "plug-and-play" units that are ready to use out of the box.

Logistics & Location

US-BASED ONLY: Due to shipping regulations regarding lithium batteries and electronic components, I am only accepting bids from freelancers located within the United States.

Communication: Must be willing to provide a brief video demonstration of the working units before shipping. The agreed-upon price must include shipping to Oregon.
