PowerCon Lead Soldering (Melbourne)
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have two blue Neutrik PowerCon A-type connectors and one grey B-type in hand, together with the AC extension leads they need to be attached to. The job is straightforward but must be executed cleanly: solder each AC power lead to its own blue connector, then take a third lead from one of those blue connectors into the grey unit so the final assembly is ready for use in a professional audio rack.
All parts are supplied; what I need is your skilled soldering, correct pin allocation, tidy heat-shrink, and a quick continuity-and-polarity test so I can plug straight into the rig with confidence. I’m based in Melbourne and can either bring the bits to you or meet at my workshop—whatever is easier.
Deliverables:
• 2 × blue PowerCon leads, fully soldered and strain-relieved
• 1 × blue-to-grey link lead, equally finished
• Simple test report (multimeter photo or short video) confirming correct wiring and no shorts
