Galaxy S22 Ultra CPU Reballing

My Galaxy S22 Ultra no longer powers on. I’ve already walked through the usual diagnostics—battery checks, cable swaps, button-combo resets—and even attempted my own board-level inspection, but nothing brought it back to life. At this point I’m convinced the SoC’s BGA joints have failed and the phone needs a full CPU reball.

I’m looking for someone experienced with hot-air rework stations, stencil alignment, flux control, and microscope-grade micro-soldering who can:

• Remove, clean, and reball the original Qualcomm/Samsung processor
• Reflow it to factory-grade standards without damaging adjacent components
• Verify boot and basic functions (power-on, display, touch) before return shipping

I will ship the mainboard only—no screen or battery—to minimize risk and postage. Please let me know your usual turnaround time, the reballing alloy you use (lead-free is preferred but I’m open), and any warranty you offer on your work.
