Job Alert: Electronics/Repair Engineer 1.Core Diagnosis & Analysis: Utilize your simple circuit analysis skills and tools like the Multimeter (and Oscilloscope) to swiftly locate faulty components or critical points on PCBs. Perform detailed failure analysis, determining if the root cause is a component defect, a process/manufacturing issue, or a design flaw. 2.Practical Repair & Rework: Master the Soldering Iron and other rework tools to execute high-quality repairs and component replacements on defective electronic products (PCBA). Ensure all repaired units meet stringent "OK" standards and pass all post-repair verification tests.
What You Bring (Must-Have Skills): Education: Background in Electronics Engineering, Automation, or related technical fields. Essential Practice Skills: 1.Expertise in using basic electronic test equipment (e.g., Multimeter, Oscilloscope). 2.Proven soldering and rework proficiency, particularly with the Soldering Iron for PCB/PCBA component replacement and trace repair. 3.Ability to read circuit diagrams and perform fundamental circuit analysis. Remark:The repair time for each main board, from disassembly to MOSFET replacement and reassembly, is 14 minutes. A total of 100 main boards need repair, with a total estimated labor time of 23 hours and 20 minutes.
