Ebike Throttle Limiter Circuit Check
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need an ebike throttle limiter that sits between the ebike throttle ( running 5v red, black (gnd) and white control wire and its controller :
(DO NOT CUT these)
Throttle RED (+5V) ------------------------------------ Controller RED (+5V)
Throttle BLACK (GND) ------------------------------------ Controller BLACK (GND)
(ONLY cut/switch the WHITE signal)
Throttle WHITE (signal) ----+-----------------------------> Switch T1
|
+----[ Rseries 1kΩ ]----+-----> Switch T2 = LIMIT NODE
|
+-----> Pot BLACK (wiper)
Pot RED ---------------------------------------------> Controller BLACK (GND)
Pot YELLOW -------------------------------------------> NOT CONNECTED (insulate)
Switch COM -------------------------------------------> Controller WHITE (signal-in)
Can you check the logic of this circuit and generate a simple annotated wiring diagram for a novice to follow, wire and solder up . I have the 10k ohm 3 pin pot, and 3 pin on-off-on switch and can order the r-series resistor to wire the circuit together
