Custom Elite Series 2 Controller

I'm looking for a specialist who can build a tailored controller for me, based on the Elite Series 2 specifications.

Key Requirements:
- The controller should have an Elite Series 2 shell (front and back), paddles, and Hall effect joysticks.
- I need it to have mouse hair triggers and mouse faceplate buttons, both with the lowest actuation point possible.
- The polling rate should be 1k or higher.
- The controller must be compatible with both PC and Xbox Series.

Most Important Functionalities:
- High polling rate
- Low actuation point buttons
- Hall Effect Sticks
- 4 Paddles (I don’t need a vibrator)

Primary Use:
- The controller is meant for competitive gaming.

Ideal Skills:
- Experience in custom gaming controller creation
