Assemble Mini Audio Jack Enclosure
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a compact aluminium case measuring 5 cm × 5 cm × 5 cm that needs to be turned into a simple passive module. Your task is to drill four clean, evenly-spaced holes, fit four standard 3.5 mm audio jacks, then hard-wire the jacks internally with three resistors and a few short runs of standard copper wire according to the small schematic I will supply.
The enclosure arrives to you blank; I expect precise machining so the jacks sit flush without burrs, followed by neat, reliable solder joints. Once everything is wired, close the box, test for continuity, and label the I/O if you think it helps.
Deliverables
• Finished, fully-wired enclosure returned in good condition
• Clear close-up photos showing hole quality, solder joints, and final continuity test results
If you own a drill press or similar rig for straight, centered holes and are comfortable with basic electronics hand-soldering, this should be quick work. I’ll reimburse tracked shipping both ways so we can focus purely on the build quality. Let me know your lead time and we can get started.
