Assemble Cables With Standard Connectors
Budget: £5 – £10 GBP
I need a batch of custom cables built from scratch, each terminated neatly with the appropriate connectors on both ends. The line will carry a small DC voltage while also handling standard-speed data, so clean signal integrity and reliable power delivery are equally important.
You will cut, strip, crimp or solder as required, apply heat-shrink for strain relief, and verify every lead with continuity and load testing before packing. Consistency across the whole order matters more than sheer speed; I’d rather wait an extra day than troubleshoot a cold joint later.
Please have your own basic tooling—quality crimpers, multimeter, and, if possible, a simple jig for repeatable length control. When you reply, tell me:

• Typical turnaround time per 50 units once materials are on hand
• How you document testing results (a simple spreadsheet or photos are fine)
