Solar Proposals and Designs

I need a freelancer who can take properties that are interested in solar and build them a proposal based on their usage. I would like for you to come up with really detailed designs that have accurate readings. I do a lot of jobs in wisconsin and the satellite images are terrible for solar proposals. If you have better software that would be helpful. I would like for the design to have a lot of visual aids to show the customer how much its going to cost, the benefits of solar, why they should go with my company and why they should do it now, creating urgency.

I get daily online leads and I need to save time making the proposal and design. I use everbright software but it's not great and the numbers don't see to be accurate. I need to show the savings the homeowners will have over time.
