Solar-Powered Greenhouse Construction

I'm looking to design a solar-powered greenhouse for a work project. The greenhouse should be suitable for commercial farming.
Ideal Skills And Experience:
- Extensive experience in greenhouse construction
- Knowledge of solar power integration in construction
- Familiarity with commercial farming requirements
- Project management skills
- Sustainability-focused design experience
Idealness:
-This is being built for it to sustain through the four-seasons ideally
-It's off-grid in an archipelago area so it needs to withstand harsh weather
- In our area (BC First Nation) we want something a little like our traditional big houses
- Ventilation system
- water system that would use a rainwater collection
