Solar Design & Installation Engineer

I’m undertaking a series of solar PV projects that span residential homes, commercial facilities and full-scale industrial sites. Every site requires a complete engineering package—from concept through commissioning—for both roof-top arrays and ground-mounted systems.
Your core focus will be the design and the actual installation oversight. I’ll supply site data and client preferences; you’ll turn that into stamped drawings, precise bills of material and a smoothly run build that passes commissioning on the first attempt.
Deliverables I expect:
• Site assessment with shading/irradiance analysis (PVsyst or similar)
• Electrical and structural drawings in AutoCAD (single-line, layout, mounting details)
• Optimized string sizing, inverter selection and protection schematics
• Complete BoM and procurement guidance
• On-site or remote installation supervision through commissioning
• Final as-built set and performance test report
