Sign off commercial solar

I am looking to install a commercial (10-100kW) solar system in a Kingsthorpe, Toowoomba, QLD. I have already selected a specific brand and type of solar panel to be used, and I'm ready to move forward with the project. I need a freelancer to assist with signing off the solar project, from start to finish. This includes providing initial designs of the solar system, obtaining any necessary permits, and ensuring successful completion and installation of the solar system.
