What I need from you
• A clear proposal outlining which stages you’ll handle (design, engineering drawings, permitting paperwork, on-site installation oversight, commissioning, or ongoing monitoring).
• Professional documentation such as array layout, single-line diagrams, bill of materials, and production estimates generated in PVsyst, HelioScope, or similar.
• Practical guidance on equipment selection, incentive paperwork, and local code compliance where applicable.
Acceptance criteria
• Design meets local regulations and utility interconnection rules.
• Drawings are delivered in editable CAD/PDF formats.
• Proposed system performance is backed by modeling data and realistic loss assumptions.
If part of the scope involves remote collaboration only, spell that out. If you can also be available on-site for critical milestones, note your location, travel requirements, and any certifications (NABCEP, electrician license, etc.).
