Redesign Exisitng Solar Project with Additional Panels

I'm seeking to upgrade my existing 6.2 kW solar system. I need assistance with redesigning the system by adding four new panels. Additionally, I require the completion of the one-line diagram and approval from both a structural engineer and an electrical engineer.
