I am planning a full-scale industrial solar installation dedicated to energy generation for a large warehousing facility. The goal is to design a system that reliably offsets day-time consumption and feeds surplus power back to the grid under the local net-metering rules.

Once we start, I will provide roof drawings, load profiles, utility connection data, and any local permitting guidelines; you will turn this information into a complete, construction-ready photovoltaic design.

Key deliverables
• System sizing and layout (roof or ground, depending on your recommendation) generated in PVsyst or Helioscope, with loss diagrams and annual yield projections
• Electrical single-line diagram, string configuration, cable schedule, and protection details created in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Mechanical mounting plan that confirms structural loading limits and wind/snow compliance to relevant codes
• Bill of materials listing modules, inverters, combiners, racking, monitoring hardware, and ancillary items, referenced to manufacturer datasheets
• Compliance documentation for utility interconnection, including voltage drop, short-circuit, and grounding calculations
• Step-by-step scope of work that an EPC crew can follow during procurement and build-out

Acceptance criteria
1. Simulated annual energy production demonstrates an AC capacity factor appropriate for the site and matches ±5 % of your own loss assumptions.
2. Drawings and calculations follow the electrical code applicable in my jurisdiction (I’ll supply specifics).
3. All files are delivered in editable CAD/DWG and PDF formats, accompanied by the native PVsyst project folder.
