21kw Solar System = 54 390w panels install on home

I bought two pallets of Hyundai HiA-S390HI 390W Solar Panels ( 54 total )
for the top of my house after almost being robbed by solar people in my area selling way overpriced installed systems. So I decided to DIY but I don’t know what all I need and was hoping I could hire a consultant to help me put an affordable package together that I can purchase. If you have the capability of pulling up my address and helping me with the array layout would be a plus. So really I just need to know what parts I need and a good place to buy them and help with my layout on the roof to fit these 54 panels its going to be tight but I do have enough roof space.
