Residential Solar + Storage + EV Charger Permit Package with NJ PE Stamp
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a full, permit-ready engineering package for a new residential solar installation in Bernardsville, NJ. The primary goal is simple: get the borough’s approval as quickly as possible. Everything must follow Local NJ codes and be stamped by a New Jersey-licensed Professional Engineer at the end.
System overview
• Array: Risen Energy RSM132-8-715BHDG modules (datasheet provided)
• Inverter: model already chosen; spec sheet on hand
• Battery: to be confirmed, but include a placeholder line in the calculations so we can drop the final spec sheet in later
• Level-2 EV charger integration
Deliverables I expect
• Roof layout drawing showing module placement and spacing
• Electrical single-line diagram tying panels, inverter, battery, EV charger and service panel together
• Structural calculations for wind, snow, and dead loads on the existing roof framing
• Site plan, cover sheet, racking and attachment details, labeling/placards, and all product datasheets compiled into a clean permit set
• Final PE stamp (New Jersey) on the full package ready for borough submission
