3kW Residential Solar Installations
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m rolling out three identical 3 kW on-grid solar power systems for separate homes in Jharkhand and want each site delivered turnkey—from design all the way to final commissioning. All three buildings are standard residential structures with flat concrete roofs in moderate condition, so the mounting solution needs to be non-penetrative or, at the very least, water-tight and easy to service.
What I need you to cover:
• Site-specific array layout, string sizing, and shadow analysis
• Supply and installation of Tier-1 PV modules, grid-tie inverter, AC/DC protection, earthing and lightning arrestor
• Appropriate flat-roof mounting structure (aluminium or HDG steel) with ballast or minimal anchoring
• All DC cabling, AC interconnection to the main distribution board, and net-metering integration with the DISCOM
• Testing, commissioning, and hand-over documents, including generation forecast and warranty papers
Acceptance criteria for each site:
• System generates at least 80 % of the simulated monthly yield in the first 30 days
• Net-meter swaps and DISCOM approvals completed and documented
• Physical installation passes insulation resistance and earth-continuity tests
• Final as-built drawings, O&M manual, and photos submitted in digital format
