Residential Solar Install Teams
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
My solar business is growing quickly, and I need experienced crews who can take a residential project from roof-mount to meter turn-on without hand-holding. Your core focus will be installing brand-new photovoltaic systems on single-family homes: setting racking, mounting panels, running conduit, pulling wire, landing everything in the inverter and combiner, and finishing with code-compliant commissioning.
You’ll be working only on fresh installs—no maintenance or retrofits. Jobs are clustered within the same neighborhoods, so efficiency and neat workmanship matter. If you’re an electrician, the work centers on the AC hand-off: final terminations into the main service panel, labeling, and ensuring the install passes local inspection the first time.
To keep things smooth I provide:
• All equipment on-site before you arrive (panels, inverters, racking, wiring, disconnects).
• Permit packets, single-line diagrams, and AHJ requirements.
• A clear schedule with realistic install windows.
You bring:
• A proven residential PV install track record.
• Appropriate licensing and insurance for both roofing and electrical scopes.
• Your own tools, safety gear, and transportation.
I pay promptly upon each passed inspection and PTO approval. Let me know your crew size, service area, and earliest start date so we can line up the first set of homes.
