Fresno Off-Grid Solar and power Permit Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a residential shop that will operate completely off-grid in Fresno County, California, and I need a full set of stamped solar-plus-storage electrical plans that the county will approve for permits. The array will be roof-mounted and paired with a dedicated battery storage system, so every sheet must address current NEC, CEC, Title 24, and local structural requirements.
I will supply the site address, roof framing details, load expectations, and my preferred inverter/battery models as soon as we start. You will turn that information into a complete permit package, revise as many times as the county asks, and stay with the project until the plans are officially approved; that sign-off will trigger final payment.

• Cover sheet and project data
• Structural and wind/snow load calculations for the roof-mounted array
• Single-line and three-line electrical diagrams, conductor schedules, over-current protection, grounding, rapid-shutdown, and labeling per NEC 2023
