URGENT! Need a SOLANA GURU for building a gRPC Validator

We're urgently seeking a Senior Blockchain Developer with full-stack experience to deploy a non-voting Solana validator node on bare metal, purpose-built for low-latency transaction flow and real-time data streaming. The node will serve as a complete RPC replacement, supporting Geyser plugin integration and Jito bundle submission, without handling consensus or staking. All components—sniper logic, decoding, transaction handling—must be implemented entirely in Rust, with no external languages or bridges involved. The system must parse Geyser streams in real time to detect token mints (e.g. create_token) tied to a specific program ID (Pump.fun), extracting all key metadata without external RPC lookups. Transactions must be simulated, constructed, and submitted to Jito’s Block Engine within 100ms, using a persistent QUIC connection and dynamic tips. Data must flow through shared memory, UNIX sockets, or low-latency gRPC—no HTTP or polling in the hot path. System performance must be tightly tuned, with CPU core isolation, NVMe storage, and detailed latency logging at each stage. This is a high-priority build, and daily progress reports are required over the next six days.
