Solana Token Launch With UPI

I am preparing to release a new cryptocurrency on Solana and need a developer who can handle the full token-launch workflow and bolt on a UPI payment module. The priority is to keep things fast, simple and compliant with India’s real-time payment rails while leveraging Solana’s throughput.

Scope of work
• Create, mint and deploy the token on the Solana mainnet, following current SPL standards.
• Build or integrate a UPI gateway that lets end-users purchase the token directly from an Indian bank account. I must see instant payment confirmations on both the blockchain side and the UPI callback, plus an easily filtered transaction history panel in the admin view.
• Connect the two pieces in a small React or Next.js front-end (web only is fine for now) so I can demo the flow end-to-end.
• Deliver commented source code, deployment scripts, and a short README explaining how to repeat the setup on a fresh wallet/server.

Acceptance criteria
1. A live SPL token address on Solana.
2. UPI payments settle in less than 30 seconds, with status pushed to the UI without a manual refresh.
3. Every purchase writes a matching on-chain reference so I can reconcile fiat vs. crypto sold.
4. Transaction history page shows date, amount (INR and token), and wallet address.
5. I can run `npm run deploy` and reproduce the stack on my own machine.

Tools you might use: Rust, Anchor, Metaplex, web3.js, Node.js, React, Paytm or Razorpay UPI APIs—whichever meets the above. If refund processing is straightforward to add later, leave a clear hook for it but it is not in scope right now.
