Solana Pumpfun Token Monitor

I need a lightweight monitoring system that taps directly into the Solana Blockchain to track Pump.fun tokens as they migrate and trade. The service must refresh every 15 minutes (or faster if you can keep RPC costs reasonable) and highlight anything new or unusual in real-time.

Core functions
• Migration tracking – whenever a token leaves Pump.fun liquidity and becomes trade-ready, its address, launch time, and first market price should appear instantly.
• Wallet lookup – if I paste a wallet address, the dashboard must pull current holdings plus last-seen price, size, and time held for each token.
• Continuous 15 min update loop – price, volume, and liquidity need to auto-refresh without a manual page reload so I can leave the screen running.

Tech notes
Please use a modern Solana stack (TypeScript, Anchor, Helius or Shyft APIs, whatever you prefer) and cache smartly to stay within rate limits. I’m open to Node, Rust, or Go for the service layer; just document whatever you choose so I can extend it later.

Deliverables
1. Source code in a public or private repo
2. Deployed demo URL(vercel) that I can test immediately
3. README with setup, .env variables, and commands for manual refresh, rebuild, and redeploy
