Solana High-Frequency Trading Integration

I’m building a Mac-based trading stack and now need the Solana layer wired in so I can generate, sign, and submit large volumes of transactions with the lowest possible latency. Your task is to create the full transaction-processing module devoted to high-frequency trading on the Solana mainnet, tuned specifically for macOS 13/14 machines running Apple silicon.

The core of the job is a performant engine that connects to Solana RPC/WebSocket endpoints, batches and parallel-signs transactions, handles nonce management, and returns confirmed signatures in near-real-time. I expect robust error handling, automatic reconnection, and metrics hooks so I can monitor TPS, failed submissions, and latency from my own Grafana setup. Rust or C++ are ideal, but I’m open to a Swift wrapper if that streamlines macOS deployment.

Because the environment is exclusively US, UK, AU, or German-based, please confirm you are able to work from one of these regions and can comply with local trading compliance rules where relevant.

Acceptance criteria
• Sustained 1,000+ tx/s to public Solana RPC nodes without dropped signatures
• Sub-50 ms end-to-end latency (sign → confirmed) on a local testnet, sub-150 ms on mainnet using public endpoints
• Graceful fallback to alternate RPC nodes when rate-limited or on outage
• CLI demo that funds a test wallet and fires a configurable burst of token transfers
• Cleanly documented codebase and a brief architecture write-up
