Simple Telegram Alert Bot for Solana

I'm looking for a developer to create a simple Telegram alert bot that monitors new Solana tokens listed on Jup.ag. The bot should check for new tokens every 30 seconds and send me an alert if the token name or symbol matches any keyword I choose.

Key Requirements:
- Fetch the token list from Jup.ag every 30 seconds.
- Detect newly listed tokens and filter them based on user-defined keywords.
- Send a text message alert via Telegram with the following details:
- Token name and symbol
- Jup.ag swap link
- Time the token was detected

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Telegram bot development
- Familiarity with Solana blockchain and Jup.ag API
- Proficiency in programming languages suitable for bot development (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
