Senior Solana Developer for Utility Token (Token-2022) & Staking Smart Contract

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
1. Custom Token Deployment (Token-2022 Standard):
Deploy an SPL Token using the Token-2022 program (Extensions).
Transfer Fee (Tax) Implementation: Configure a transfer fee (e.g., [2%]) that is automatically sent to a specific Project/Marketing Wallet on every transaction.
Deflationary Mechanics: Ensure the token supports Burn functionality to manage supply.
Metadata: Register full metadata (Logo, Name, Symbol) via Metaplex for full visibility on Solscan and Phantom.
2. Staking Smart Contract (Rust/Anchor):
Develop a secure Staking Contract where users can lock their tokens for a specific period (e.g., 30 days, 90 days).
Tier System: The contract should return a "Tier Level" or status based on the staked amount, which our frontend will read to provide platform benefits.
APY/Rewards: (Optional) Implement logic for claiming staking rewards.
3. Reward Distribution System:
Create a secure backend script or smart contract method to distribute tokens to users as rewards for platform activities (airdrop/claim mechanism).
4. Security & Handover:
Authority Management: Consult and execute the revocation of Mint/Freeze authorities where necessary for decentralization.
Documentation: Provide clear documentation on how to update fees, manage the staking contract, and integrate with the frontend (React/Next.js).
Required Skills:
Expertise in Rust and Anchor Framework.
Deep understanding of Solana Token-2022 Extensions (Transfer Fees).
Experience with Metaplex standards.
Proficiency in Web3.js or Solana-web3.js for frontend integration support.
