Requirements
• 3+ years hands-on Rust experience
• Experience building high-performance, low-latency systems
• Strong background in distributed systems architecture
• Production engineering experience with high-scale deployments
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
Nice to Have
• Web3 technology experience
• Experience with API development and service architecture
• Background in scalable infrastructure solutions
