Need a full stack Polygon, Solana developer.

I am looking for full-stack developer who is familiar with Solidity, Rust, Web3, React.js & Vue.js.
Developer must familiar with Polygon and Solana blockchain.
I am wanting to build a NFT based ticketing system like this https://events.decentraland.org/
What is required is an event ticketing marketplace where tickets are issued as NFTs.
So ideally the seller has two options.
1 - to issue tickets as traditional PDF sent to the ticket buyers email address or
2 - to issue tickets as NFTs that would go to the buyers wallet address.
So I think this would be best as an NFT marketplace that is customised for displaying, selling and issuing event tickets.
Users must be able to upload their artwork, which is normal. Maybe have unlockable content.
Need to think about have smart contract options per seller - different royalties and secondary sales rules, etc.
