Need a Solana Program built

I need a solana Program built (Smart-Contract) that will control the contents of a Solana address. This program would search for the addresses that hold a specific group of NFT's, if an address owns these specific NFT"s within 90 days of the program being started on-chain then they are awarded the Sol held in this contract controlled address. If it takes longer than 90 days, then the Sol in this contract address is sent to another specified address. This program should run once per day and would only need to generate 1 call per NFT in the group being searched for to compare all the holding addresses of this specific list of NFT's

I need detailed instructions on the functio ality of this contract/program and how to modify this for future reuse.
