Need an NFT Template Made Fully Functional

I have installed Gigaland NFT Template @ www.celebart.io. I need a developer to make it a fully functional NFT Marketplace built on Solana or TRON Blockchain. I will accept any other Blockchain but the two mentioned are preferenced. I have attached the instructions. You are free to use them or not.
