ERC20 & SPL Wallet Integrations

I need a proficient blockchain developer to create wallet integrations for both ERC20 and SPL (Solana Program Library) tokens.
Key Requirements:
Create a backend that
- [ ] For every user registers an EVM address and a SPL address so that all deposits can be captured in the backend
- [ ] Write a cron job that detects deposits for a user and tracks it
- [ ] Write a cron job that sweeps deposits into a hot wallet
- [ ] Write logic that continously sends all deposits after a certain threshold to a multisig wallet
- [ ] Write a cron job that processes all withdrawals
- [ ] Write logic to prepare a refund transaction from the multisig wallet if the hot wallet is empty
Timeframe:
The project needs to be completed within a month.
