Create a Site That is Similiar to Rally - Budget up to $1500 -- 2

I need a similar site like Rally (https://rally.io) except users cannot create their own social tokens. Our company will create and release the social tokens. Some of our clients have already had their own cryptocurrency social tokens created by us. We need a platform to list them on for their followers to purchase so they can buy products our clients sell. Our clients will be selling NFTs, retail apparel like shirts, sweaters, and hats that are created by the clients. Rally has built their platform on the Ethereum Network. We need our platform built on the Solana Network.
