write automated test cases and generate coverage report for a website

I am looking for a developer to write automated test cases and generate a coverage report for a website. Specifically, I would like the developer to focus on writing Tests for the website but with a specified focus on certain browsers only. Additionally, the developer should generate a coverage report for the tests run.
