I need a senior software tester

We need a senior software tester to do automation testing and to train a young Team of software tester.
1. Analyze users’ stories and requirements for validity and feasibility
2. Write systematic test cases, test data and test requirements to be used during the test phases.
3. Write automated test using tools like Selenium
4. Design and implement regression, integration and functional tests
5. Perform cross-browser and standard compliance testing
6. Detect, track and document software defects and inconsistencies
7. Document and maintain user manuals.
8. Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
9. Keep up with latest testing tools, protocols, standard and automation frameworks.
10. Ensure all new features/modules meets the company’s quality standards and customer expectations.
