manual testing and automation testing

I am looking for an experienced software tester for both manual and automation testing of a web-based application. The tester should be able to create comprehensive test cases that adequately cover the functionality of the application with reasonable efforts. In addition, existing test cases should also be used and be valid in order to ensure the highest level of quality assurance. Automation testing is especially important to cover edge-case scenarios that are difficult to test manually. The chosen tester should have knowledge on both manual and automation testing and should have the required technical expertise to make sure that the testing of the application is done correctly and efficiently.
