install cubase on a brandnew pc and make it up and running for recording

I need someone - located in the area of Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers - who is able to fully install a new steinberg cubase version from the scratch with all plugins etc. and make it totally ready to use. I am experienced in working with an older version and I know that a brandnew installation can be difficult (especially when it comes to driver, plugins etc.).
